At Pandit, we strive for perfection in every stitch, but if your garment isn't the perfect fit, we offer a seamless 30-day return and exchange policy. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and with all luxury tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the items in their original Pandit packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include the provided packing slip.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we will track the journey back to our warehouse.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
